In 1994, Massoud and his family immigrated to the United States, navigating the challenges and triumphs that many immigrants experience. Through perseverance and determination, they overcame numerous obstacles. His path led him to specialize in gas and electrical commercial foodservice equipment and appliances, earning a universal EPA refrigeration certification along the way.

By 1998, with a steady cash flow and a growing network, Massoud and his wife established Continental Foodservice Equipment in Tacoma, WA. What began as a family business with a single warehouse has grown into a large organization with multiple locations.
